La Hohan returns to Greenwich Village

Just walked past 10th Street and 5th Avenue. Looks like Hohan and the crew for her new movie, Lady Luck, will be back in the Village filming next Monday, March 28th. Yellow signs up everywhere.

Day 2 of Lohan in the Village - looks like she got hurt

Just walked by the film crew of Lindsey's movie set. Sounds like La Hohan injured herself while trying to balance on high heels. The crew reports she tripped or stumbled off the curb and may have twisted her ankle. She was rushed to the hospital; don't know if it's St. Vincent's (the nearest) but there were lot of swanky town cars parked outside. Because of her fall, everyone has the afternoon off as well as tomorrow. Filming resumes on Thursday.

La Hohan

Was innocently walking through my neighborhood this morning when what should I see but movie permit posters plastered all throughout the trees. Hmm, looks like they were going to be filming something entitled Lady Lucky. I imdb'd it and it is a Lindsey Lohan flick, how lucky for us. Walked past 7th Avenue (and the Monster) in the direction of 6th and lo and behold there was La Hohan walking out of her trailer with a flock of paparazzi and tourists (mostly Asian) waiting to zap her soul.

Later on today, at around 6:30 pm, I walk by Christopher and 7th Ave and I spy La Hohan filming a scene inside the Riv (the unofficial home of Boston Red Sox fans). It's hard to miss her with her bright red hair and brown spotty skin coupled with the crowd of admirers, everyone from horny male teens to gay queens to old geezers all hoping to catch a glimpse of ms. Hohan. Of course, I stuck around to gawk too.

She didn't look cute at all, kind of looked emaciated and her red hair was kind of freaky looking. She was wearing a muddy pink trenchcoat and jeans and filmed a scene near the window of the restaurant (not the bar side) with a nerdy looking balding dude who was wearing a suit and bowtie. She kept taking his french fries or something like that and talking to him while he sat down trying to enjoy his meal. Burly cameraman was blocking our view each time the scene was over and playfully poking her in the back. Hmm, guess her flirting with older men continues...

Life Goes On

My neighbor, Gwenyth Paltrow, has decided to sell her brownstone. I will be sorry to see her leave the neighborhood but am excited about the potential new buyers. Pagesix reported last week that Jude Law and Sienna Miller have looked at Gwennie's place. Would be very cool to have sexy Jude as a neighbor, no one is hotter than he is, well, except for Johnny Depp. I would have said Keanu Reeves, but much to my dismay, I recently found out that Keanu is gay. Sigh. Very sad news.

Today is Thursday and the meat market in NY continues. Everyone will be out tonight looking to score or hook up. Still debating about what to wear and where to go. I have different cliques of friends for different nights and spots around town. I do have one friend who refuses to hang out with me at night; I'm assuming this is because one of her best friends is jealous of me. Nothing I can do about it but it is sad that I only hear from her during the day or at night when she's already drunk. Don't you hate friends like that?

Saw Sandra Bernhart at Pastis two weeks ago. She looks exactly the same as she did during her Madonna days. Otherwise, haven't seen many celebs around town. Must be the dreadful weather, so cold, too cold really.

Still don't have a job, hate looking for one and don't want to temp. But the bills keep piling up (literally) and I have to do something. Short of finding a sugar daddy (gross), I don't know what to do. I would really, really love to buy that Balenciaga bag everyone including the evil Olsens has but can't afford it. If anyone would like to contribute, please write. Many thanks!
