Okay, so this is old news but as everyone knows, "Pirates 2" was number 1 again. I hate to say it but it was a very entertaining movie despite the obscene length. But "Lady in the Water" kind of bombed. Somewhere M. Night Shyamalan is crying because Nina Jacobsen and Disney were right - he's not the genius he used to be.

Grey's to add Diahan Carroll to the show

My favorite show on TV, "Grey's Anatomy" is adding another great actor to the show.

Diahan Caroll of "Dynasty" fame is going to be on the show in September. I remember some choice episodes between her character and Alexis on "Dynasty". I hope she adds some high drama without resorting to the drap soap-opera antics that Desperate Housewives has resorted to last season.

Noticeably absent from this photo, taken on the set of the show this week, is Katherine Heigl. Hmmm, she's probably hanging out with her fiance, that music guy, Josh something or other.

TR Knight aka George is still sporting that blue hair. Yuck. But otherwise, I think everyone looks tan and healthy even skinny minny, Meredith. Can't wait for Shonda and her team to start the new episodes.

Pirates 2 the New King of the Box Office

Johnny Depp can do no wrong. The man is sexy, can speak French (and whisper sweet nothings in your ear) and is a box office king!

Pirates 2 beat all box office records with its huge opening weekend. The movie beat the previous record set by Spiderman 2 (take that Aquaman). Somewhere in LA, Jerry Bruckheimer must be having an orgasm!

The odd couple has been spotted out and about in Hollywood following the socialite Simple Life star's recent interview confession that she's had a crush on The Fly star since she was 13. At 24, Richie is almost 30 years younger than the actor, who was once married to Geena Davis and engaged to his Jurassic Park co-star Laura Dern. Until recently, Goldblum was engaged to dancer Catherine Wreford, 24, following a whirlwind romance after the couple met during a touring stage production of The Music Man. After splitting from DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, Richie was romantically linked to Crash star Matt Dillon. Representatives for both stars denied the rumors.
