Weekend Box Office
Harry Potter continues his magic at the box office leading the weekend with $20.5 million. Warner Brothers must be a happy camper. The film has surpassed its budget of $150 million domestic (not including marketing).
Aeon Flux had a soft opening of $13.1 million. Guess not enough geeks miss Matrix-like movies. Nonetheless, Charlize looked stunning at her premiere.
Walk the Line is a certified hit surpassing its budget of $28 million and sure to garner an Oscar nomination for Joaquin Phoenix.
Yours, Mine and Ours was in fourth place. "Cheaper by the Dozen" wannabe but without the teen star power of Hilary Duff and funnyman like Steve Martin.
Just Friends - requisite teen flick. Not much else to say.
