Fog Rolls in Over Elizabethtown

Ahh, just as predicted, The Fog was the #1 movie last weekend beating out Cameron Crowe's Elizabethtown. That's what happens when you write a bad movie. While I enjoyed watching Orlando "I'm so pretty" Bloom, most of the movie was a dud save for the enjoyable soundtrack.

Weekend Actuals 10/14 to 10/16
1. The Fog - $11.8 million - decent debut for scary teen flick
2. Wallace & Gromit - $11.5 million - very solid results for second week
3. Elizabethtown - $10.6 million - disappointing just like the movie (most reviews were poor)
4. Flightplan - $6.4 million - again, don't mess with Jodie Foster; she will kick ass in air or on land
5. In Her Shoes - $6.1 million - so-so results for so-so chick flick
