Scarlett's hair is now scarlet

Scarlett Johansson has colored her hair once again.

She used to have light brown hair and then she went oh-so-blonde and now,

I'm sad to report, her hair is one ugly shade of scarlet. Look at her dreadful reddish brown hair (compared to her blonde)!

She looks awful - almost like an ugly boy. Yuck! So much for the sexiest woman alive.

Brad and Angelina: Leave Us Alone!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie want to be left alone!

The two are currently in Namibia (duh!) with their two kids, Maddox and Zahara, and awaiting their third. Besides photos of TomKat's Tomkitten, photos of Brad and Angie's baby are expected to be worth millions.

But Namibian authorities are clamping down on journalists trying to follow Brad Pitt, pregnant Angelina Jolie and her two adopted children after the couple asked for some privacy, according to a newspaper report Sunday.

South Africa's Sunday Times said the couple's security chief gave a local journalist a statement asking that they be left alone.

"We love Africa and to be here in Namibia with our family is very special for us," the statement said. "To the local people who have been so kind and gracious, thank you for making us feel at home.

"As for the press, we kindly ask for privacy so that we can enjoy this beautiful country with our children."

The statement was signed by both Jolie and Pitt.

The Sunday Times said its own photographer and three French photographers were ordered to leave Namibia or face arrest. Journalists require accreditation to work in the country.
Namibian Prime Minister Nahas Angula defended the move, saying the couple should be left alone.

"This lady is expecting," he told the Sunday Times. "You guys are harassing her. Why don't you allow her some privacy? Harassment is not allowed in Namibia.

"If a person says they don't want to be photographed then, of course, that person deserves protection."

The couple and their entourage are staying at the luxury Burning Shores resort hotel between the scenic old colonial German town of Swakopmond and the resort of Walvis Bay, in an area where the desert sand dunes descend spectacularly to the sea.

Despite tight security, photographers have managed to snap images of Hollywood's hottest couple.

The Sunday Times said Jolie and Pitt were spotted last week at a local Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet with her children, Maddox and Zahara, and then went to a pet store to buy a turtle. They also visited a jewelry shop.

A Namibian official said last week that Jolie might have Pitt's baby in the southern African nation.

Jolie, who starred with Pitt in the movie "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," was first in Namibia when filming the movie "Beyond Borders" in 2002.

Namibia, rich in diamonds and strategic metals and home to 1.8 million people, gained independence from neighboring South Africa after a 23-year war in 1990 and has since been ruled by a democratically elected government.

The country is a popular tourist destination for South Africans for its brilliant scenery and teeming wildlife.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes had a baby (okayyy) and named it Suri (okayyy) after Surrey, England - home of L. Ron Hubbard aka Mr. Scientology.

Suri also means pickpocket in Japanese. How lovely. Pickpocket Cruise! Hope the baby can live up to the name.

The world is awaiting photos of this 'baby' and photos are expected to sell for millions.

Brooke Shields also had a baby girl the same day in the same hospital. Bet the girls will be bff in 20 years.

Yes, I loved Sex and the City as much as everyone else did and I will admit that she managed to look decent behind the cool (sometimes not) clothes and the blond hair, makeup and strong, professional lighting.

But take all of that away and you're left with ? Ug. The sad truth. She has a witch's face and why, oh, why won't she get her roots done?

Orlando Bloom's in Love

Last week, Oprah aired a repeat of a show (from last fall) with celebrities and their favorite things.

Orlando Bloom was one of the celebs featured and he discussed some of his favorite things which included helping victims of Hurricane Katrina but also, Kate Bosworth.

Oprah had to contain herself and the audience when asking about his love life. "So, we just wanna know, are you available?", she asked. He kind of said something about being on and off but that, 'things were definitely on again".

He was, of course, talking about Kate Bosworth.

They're both sooo good-looking and make a lovely pair. Here they are looking lovey-dovey last week in Europe.

Ice Age 2 # 1 again

Kids ruled the box office this weekend as a cartoon and kid-friendly movie were the top two movies. "Ice Age 2" garnered $34.5 million (and surpassed the $100 million mark) and "The Benchwarmers" earned a strong $20.5 million. The David Spade movie has a budget of about $33 million (not including marketing).

Next week, "Scary Movie 4" opens and will most likely be the number #1 movie. Also, "Thank you for Smoking" expands into an additional 1,000 theaters so that should also continue to do well ($8,0o0 per theater is the average; the only movie in the top 10 that has a better average is Ice Age 2 with about $8,700 per theater).

"Ice Age 2" rocked the box office with over $70 million* this weekend. Even though the script was sub-par (from what I've heard), families are starving for child-friendly entertainment and there's only so many times one can see the same movie over and over again (like "The Shaggy Dog").
